How to create a Withdrawal Request?

Each time you wish to withdraw funds, it is necessary to submit a withdrawal request. Withdrawals are entirely up to you – you decide when and how much to withdraw. Your Rapidus account balance has no expiration date.

Two weeks after completing each survey, the status of your funds will automatically change from “Pending” to “Available”. You will be notified about this on your Rapidus dashboard. From that point, you can submit your withdrawal request anytime. 

To do so, log in to your Rapidus account and click the “Withdraw” button on the right-hand side of your “Home” section. Alternatively, go to the “Payments” section in the left-hand menu and click “Withdraw”. Select and confirm the amount you wish to withdraw and your preferred payment method. 

You can change your payment method with every withdrawal, but the currency selected during registration cannot be changed. If choosing bank transfer or Interac, please provide accurate payment details so your transaction can be processed swiftly.
