When you successfully complete a survey, your funds will appear in your account as “Pending”. This means they are not yet available for withdrawal. After two weeks from survey completion, your funds will automatically transition to an “Available” status, allowing you to submit a withdrawal request. 

In case you have completed a study containing additional charts, your basic honoraria will become available for withdrawal 14 days after study completion. However, the honoraria earned from filling out the additional charts will be added to your account once the study concludes and we receive feedback from the researchers.
