Bank transfer not processed

If you opted for a bank transfer and your withdrawal request is marked as “Pending”, ensure that you have entered your bank details correctly. 

Log in to your Rapidus account, navigate to the “Payments” section on the left, and choose the “Payment Data/Default payment method/Edit” on the right. Choose “Bank transfer” from the dropdown menu. Check and update your bank details if necessary and click on the “Save” button.
