A “Terminated” survey result refers to participants who accessed the study but were stopped from proceeding with it. This could happen due to various reasons such as withdrawal of consent, our researchers’ screening criteria, location from which you are accessing the study, or other criteria crucial for the study. 

If you believe that your survey status has been marked as “Terminated” in error, please contact us at projects@rapidusmr.com or support@rapidusmr.com, quoting the project reference number from your invitation, and elaborating on your concerns. We will make sure to investigate the issue and provide you with assistance.
