Bank transfer not processed

If you opted for a bank transfer and your withdrawal request is marked as “Pending”, ensure that you have entered your bank details correctly. 

Log in to your Rapidus account, navigate to the “My Profile” section in the left-hand main menu, click on the “Payment Data” subsection, and proceed by choosing “Bank transfer” from the dropdown menu. Update your bank details by filling in the displayed fields and click on the “Save Changes” button in the upper right corner of the screen.
