If your withdrawal request is marked as “Paid” and you selected “eGift Card” as your payment method, a voucher link has already been sent to your e-mail address by our partner, Virtual Incentives, on our behalf.  
 
In order to locate their e-mail, simply use the e-mail search tool and type in “Your Survey Reward is Here!”. We recommend checking your spam/junk folders as well.
